    ngayon lang naramdaman ng biceps ko un e, haha. naoverdose nga yata ako ng itlog e, sabi ko sa sarili ko, gumagawa ng muscle sa biceps ko ngayon, kelangan di maubusan ng protina haha.

    can't wait to try it out on my shoulders hahahah

    12weeks ako mag ganitong program then mag deload ako for 1 week tapos balik ule.

    3rd week ko na siya on sunday

    ^ progressive overload ba per week? or per session ng isang body part? gaano kalaking increments dinadagdag mo? at evident ba yung strength gain mo every overload? please share thanks!

    with that intensity of workout and consderng you're eating enough food and plenty of rest, para saken per week, also ramdam mo naman yun yung last na binuhat mo na mejo hirap ka parang wala lang the following week, u'll ask for MORE. hahahah

    ako dati e.g 170lbs next week 180 then 190 then 200 , 10lbs na a add ko per week lol.

    Ung mga working set ko ung dinadagdagan ko usually 5lbs ang dagdag every week

    Just bought White flood earlier courtesy of misis (nabola ko hahaha)

    na stress ako kaanina pero ngayon ok na, d na muna ako mag g gf wala pakong time, friends nalang kame sabe ko sakanya. d ako tuloy nakapag workout, bukas nalang...

    Whew!

    Just finished shoulders/triceps today and i took my intial serving of white flood. SARAP!

    I'll be making a thread in the supplement review section today heheheheh.

    ang hirap magtanggal ng taba pag di maganda ang nutrition

    nahirapan ako sa calorie counting at nutrient partitioning


    may times na nawawala yung taba sa tyan at minsan babalik

    di ko makuha ng consistent :(


    ang problema ko kasi, di ko alam kung ilang calories mayroon sa isang food

    sa raw egg, wala akong problema, 1 large raw egg contains around 70 calories and 6 to 7 grams of protein

    paano yung sa ibang food ? paano pag kumakain ako sa restaurant ?


    may nakita akong website na may list ng calorie content ng foods pero ang problema ay nakabase yun sa per gram basis

    di naman ako pwede magdala ng timbangan everytime na kakain ako ng food sa labas

    I'm doing Intermittent Fasting

    16 hours no food

    8 hours feeding time

    meal frequency is irrelevant here but Martin Berkhan recommends 3 meals a day


    I do my weight training sessions without any pre-workout meal. I only take 10 grams of BCAA 5 to 15 minutes before my workout


    In this type of feeding program, it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat in the same day given that your nutrition is right

    My training is ok but my nutrition is sometimes not ok. This is shown by my fluctuating body fat levels

    I really need to get this right .... ....

    how long have you been on this program?

    As i see it, try eating food that you prepared yourself. Buy yourself a lunch bag/box and don't eat anything that's not inside of it and avoid eating at restaurants as much as possible.

    Do this for a month and maybe you'll see results.

    ^baka di hiyang sayo yang mga mamantika...

    ganyan din ako last year eh...puro mantika kahit naka diet kaya ayun sobrang bagal ko mag fatloss...

    tapos nung nag steamed foods at 5-6x a week cardio 25mins ako nag loloose na ko ng 2inches sa waist na fat kada month...

    sinipagan ko ang cardio ko ngayon, 4x a week

    I do it on an empty stomach then for low intensity long duration - about 30 to 45 minutes

    ^ang masasabi ko lang mag experiment ka...

    pero ako ma suggest ko sayo...6x a week cardio kahit 25minutes lang tapos puro steamed foods..iwasan mo prito at rice mga 1-2x a day lang..rice lang before workout at cardio....

    try mo lang to malay mo gumana diba...ganyan din ako nung una...mag baon ka nalang sa office keysa bumili ka ng 165pesos lagi...mas matipid at mas marami pa mabibili mo...Suggestion lang to brader....

    ang taas kasi ng fats ng mga mamantikang pagkain at carbs

    yung steamer talaga eh nag pabili talaga ko....

    try mo lang:D

    165 per meal na un ung meal mo?

    Bili ka lang steamer or kahit laga mo ung manok oks n un onting asin lang pampalasa.

    Ako 1 1/2 month nang ganun ang diet ko, nawala na ung fats sa gilid onti n lang tapos ung bottom part na lang ng tiyan ko ung meron pa. kaso im maximizing White flood ngaun kaya di muna ako mag matinding cut.
