sa gym dpa ko nag sisimula pinapawisan na , mahirap pa e parang walang ma inhale na hangin lol , kakahilo...
pati din sa gabi kaya napipilitan mag ac lol , lakas naman sa kuryente hahah.

Just finished doing shoulders/tri's
Bilog na bilog shoulders ko tapos magang maga ngaun ang tri's ko.
Solid ang workout pare. Il be on DY program for 12weeks.
Mag feedback ako palagi.
So far I can really feel the difference from my usual routine.
