LOL ilang lbs kaba nun payat ka , ako dko makalimutan na pa ako sa 90-95 lbs dpa umabot ng 100LBS! hahah

LOL RED! College na kasi ako nun nag start mag gym wala ng aasar saken.
yea right pare... nakakagulat ganun din sa oposite mataba na naging muscle man
hahaha i hope mawala din yung saken im fed up of being a hardgainer..
ako naman overweight dati ... 230lbs++ but lose weight and got more serious.
Pag ecto ka, need to eat every 2 hours and dapat ma-meet ang required caloric intake mo. mahirap magpa-bulk ha! some people think kain ka lang ng kung ano lalaki ka na. Just like Jacob Black, according to his interviews sukang suka na siya kumain ng pagkain and he needs to wake up at 2am just to drink a protein shake. Training daw was ok but eating was the worst part of it.
Pag endo ka naman, ganun din discipline din sa food making sure na you eat the right foods and when you say RIGHT it means wala ng cheeseburger,pizza, ice cream. Un lang it just seems na mas mahirap magpapayat kasi malaki ka na to start with.

oo nga eh...yaan mo na..kasi nakikita nila minsan sa mga bodybuilding competition(like pictures,video,tv etc etc) eh naka brief ..di nila alam dahil sa Quads...
alangan naman laki ng T*** pero liit ng legs..mas malaki pa ung T***

Na subukan niyo ba mag stop for a week or more then poor diet + puyat = ano result sa inyo ? Diba parang ang bilis bumagsak ?

nung nag leave ko para mag review for board exam last year, 1 month ako na 5hours lang tulog tapos poor diet din pagbalik ko sa office sabi sakin halos lahat ng officemates ko

parang yung ibang endomorph na tinitingnan lang yung food,e nag-gagain na ng weight..hahaha!
But sometimes yung ibang mga hardgainers, they didn't know na meron pala silang sakit that's why it's hard for them to gain weight... A good example is Hyperthyroidism.

Weight Training-Focusing primarily on compound workouts/movements, hitting more than one muscle group to achieve fast gains.Training "Close to failure" is the ideal for every set to have the strength and energy to start another exercise,with no more than one minute rest in between set/s. Also cutting my gym time to no more than 2 hours maximum, 60 minutes being the ideal.
Diet-I'm sure everyone here knows by now that diet isn't that thing female celebrities do that is not puking when they need to lose weight, AKA "not eating." anyway typical diet for a hardgainer like me suggest that I need to eat 20-24 times my bodyweight in calories and at least 1 gram protein per pound of my body weight.
Rest/Recovery-Prolly the most neglected part of the 3, maybe because of lack of education. Rest is important if we want to see results.Cause contrary to popular beliefs, we're not building muscle when we lift weights,we're actually breaking the muscle down,building muscle takes place while we're resting.
So 3 or 4 days a week is the ideal..
kakastart ko lng maggym, 1 week pa nga lng eh...hehe
pero gusto ko na ring mag gain ayoko na maging payat(120lbs), tska para maas-gwaping haha.
libreng gym muna ako sa opis, actually 1st job ko to, ala kasing time nong college mag gym eh, bkit pa ksi ako ng-engineering hehe
tips naman diyan, kailangan talaga every 2 hours kumain?
kung ganon ano mga dapat kainin? supplements & vitamins etc..
balak ko bumili lng muna ng Centrum tpos Appeton ok na ba yun? tpos twice a week na gym.
gumawa lng din ako ng sarili kong routine, nagresearch lng sa net ng mga exercises for certain muscles. Pinili ko yong for "compound" muscles.
Mga foods - Oatmeal , Kamote, Egg , Chicken Breast, Tuna , Milk etc.
How much ba yung appeton ? Yung Cheap na whey protein nasa 1.5K nasa 60Servings na yun so 1month na if 2x a day.
Kahit every 3-4 hours lang ok na basta quality food .

para sakin big YES na kumain ng every 2hours para sure gain weight..ganyan ginagawa ko dati nung first bulking ko..(bulking = weight gaining)
pero marami foods ah kahit every 2hours
siguro mga one cup rice 2eggs + 1fish:D
Nagstop ako 2 months nun parang bumalik ulet sa dati yung katawan ko hahaha. ambilis bumalik sa dati kasi 1.5 months palang ako nagbubuhat nun, tapos sigarilyo, inom, puyat sa trabaho, ayun tunaw ang puhunan haha.
ECTO ako! hehe
