nung nagsimula ako 158lbs ako ang kain ko 3300 calories
ngayon 180lbs na ko 3600 calories naman.
hindi lang ung weights ang dinadagdagan pati kain
hindi lalaki ang muscle kung hindi sya nahihirapan itaas ung weight
at di din lalaki ang muscle kung di mo sya pinapakain.
checked this journal hoping to see a proper training program posted but was disappointed to see only one training log.
good gains but imho, not the gains i would want if im on my very first cycle as it focuses only on the arms and a bit of delts. Chest seems to be lagging in gains, might be the same story as the back.
maybe your nutrition is spot on but the training lacks some focusing on a complete body gains program.
might be to soon to say that there are gains, but having an additional 2"on your arms during your cycle and a measly gains on chest... there might be something wrong somewhere... which only you can correct if you know how your body respond to your training.

Edit: do try to maximize the strength gains you have due to the roids.. try hitting compounds with a 6-8 reps sets, instead of the 10reps max i see on your shoulder training... and see how your major bodyparts respond.
most likely, your roids supplier did not give you tip top pointers in terms of maximizing your workout program while on a cycle
medyo ouch yata yung comment sa taas since sakin sumasabay si aloy ng workout and im the one who gave his gear for his whole cycle. then again its fine, cause even i still have lots to learn about the field. in defense about his weak point workout, every time we hit chest and back i make sure they push their selves to perform with their maximum weight capacity. well, since training part lang naman ang nasusubaybayan ko sa kanila hindi ko din alam kung may kulang sila with their nutrition. again, sabi nga, hindi lahat ng effective sa isang tao ay pwedeng maging effective sa iba. if it really is not working with them then i would suggest to them to switch training method. yun na lang siguro ang mabibigay kong payo.

koya braso- wala yun koya ayus lang. hirap din kasi talaga yang dalawang lifting buddies ko sa mga weak point nila eh. si miggy din medyo di ganun ka bilis yung development sa chest.
