Ngayon ko lang nalaman na 12 reps ang ginawa ni aloy as WU sa squats nung nag leg workout kami the other day. hehehe. mdyo may kailngan pa kasi ayusin si aloy sa form and a bit of "habits" gaya ng pagyuko after locking the bar sa taas ng movement, tapos mdyo kulang pa sa bato ng puwet pag bumababa hehehe. were trying to fix that i'm actually thinking of adding box squats sa leg routine namin for the time being para matuto sya ng tamang bato ng puwet pababa hehehe wacha think master mighty?
Agree. Sabi nga ni Louie Simmons the best way to teach someone how to squat is by doing box squats. Sa westside barbell puro box squats lang sila during training, sa actual PL meet na lang sila halos nag regular squat.
a warm-up should be nothing more but a warm-up kasi aloy hindi ako masyado nag pay attentions a WU sets mo thinking na magaan lang yun sayo. never ka dapat mag reach ng failure or feel any pump sa warm up sets.
next week try natin yung box squats papa tingan ko muna kay mighty ung sakin para maituro sayu ng ang tama pagbato ng pwet mo hehehe.

for 3-4weeks 40,40,20,20
kasi beginner cycle lang naman,
pero tignan ko muna after cycle
kung okey ang balls ko, baka nolva lang all the way.
