    highschool pa ko naoperahan nyan.. oo yun din sabi-sabi sakin dati na bawal daw magbuhat ng mabigat, ngayun ko lang din naalala sa sinabi mo... pero ok pa naman ako at wala naman nararamdaman sa bandang opera ko hehehe :)

    out ako kagabi ng 11pm, nakauwe bahay 1am, kain mabilisan tapos tulog ng 1:30am gising 5am
    tapos ngayun na office nako....sabaw na utak ko.

    may baon ako damit pang ensayo mamaya... bahala na si cobra o extrajoss sakin :angry:

    dapat db press lang gagawin ko eh parang nakakabagod may nakita ako malapit na barbell may nakasalpak na 80lbs nilagyan ko ng tig 20's plate, may gumagamit pala nakisabay nalang ako...nahiya ako dagdagan pa kasi yung tingin nya parang niyayabangan ko sya kasi dinagdagan ko binubuhat nya hehe

    yung December po 66kg pero nung May,2015 po nasa 62 to 63kg po.
