    yung mga nakikita kong Fat Burners dito sa HK, puro may caffeine content. tapos may fine print pa na avoid other sources of caffeine while taking the supp.

    hindi ako mabubuhay ng walang kape sa buong araw. siguro mga 5 espressos ako daily at the minimum. meron bang fat burner na walang caffeine? or ito talaga ang main ingredient ng lahat ng fat burners and wala akong choice kundi mamili?

    Its either mababawasan ang effect ng caffeine sayo or masosobrahan ka at magka complications ka like palpitations etc.

    Kung yung mabibili mong fat burner nakahiwalay yung caffeine pill edi ayun pwede wag mo i-take yun tapos bawiin mo na lang sa kape.
    Kaya lang kung nakaka limang kape ka na sa isang araw I doubt magkaron pa ng significant benefit pa sayo ang fat burner since ang main ingredient naman talaga nun ay caffeine. Suggestion ko mag break ka muna sa kape 1-2 weeks before kung talagang magfafat burner ka.

    Yung MP shed binasa ko na mga ingredients niyan IMO mas better siya kaysa sa LIPO, Hydroxy, Hyper Shred.
    Pero mas matindi pa din Animal Cuts jan kung ingredient by ingredient content lang pag-uusapan.

  • Guys advise lang sana, currently i'm using OEP as my fat burner but I need to stop by march since 2 months na ako by then, pag hinto ko ano ma recommend nyo na supplement na ipalit and gamitin ko during the 4 week rest? I need to keep on loosing weight sana kahit hindi ako mag take ng fat burner then resume ulit ako sa OEP by April.

  • yes sir 150lbs ako pero yung goal ko kasi lean lang talaga, actually hindi ko masyado problema magpakapal yung magpaliit ng tyan pinaka problema ko kaya nag OEP ako. hehe

    during the 1mo rest from OEP recommended ba mag pre-workout sups ako, like nurocore?

    I think what sir vinch meant is to stop relying on supplements when you can get the results you want on food alone. Being heavy doesnt necessarily mean being fat. Imo

    I think what sir vinch meant is to stop relying on supplements when you can get the results you want on food alone. Being heavy doesnt necessarily mean being fat. Imo

    I actually don't rely on supplements nag hahabol lang din kasi ako for boracay sa end of April haha.. thats why mejo nag hahabol ako. I'm actually on a good diet now I just need some advise on what supplement to use during my break to further help me burn fats faster and give me more definition.

  • Noted and thank you mga sir, actually tingin ko okay naman diet plan ko eto po yung list and time of meals ko per day:

    730am: oats w/ sugar free jam
    9am: apple
    11am: 150g grilled chicken breast w/ boiled veggies and sriracha hot sauce (i love spicy food)
    1pm: crackers
    3pm: crackers
    430pm: nutribar (pre-workout snack)
    8pm: 100-150g grilled chicken breast w/ boiled veggies

    kung may ma-suggest po kayo na baguhin sa meal plan ko please do, i'm open to suggestions

    Ako gagamit pa lang ng CLA. I've read about it and sabi nakakatulong daw talaga for fat loss. Ngayon meron akong JYM shred na fat burner

    I'm currently back reading and just saw this post.. Medyo na shock ako na nag tototal sya ng 6 capsules a day.. I wonder gaano kalakas ang palpitation mo brader.. Most people who take this pill instantly palpitates after just 1 dose.. I hope walang masamang tama sayo..

    I'm also curious on the effect because you exceeded the dose, max is 4 caps a day based sa mga nabasa kong instructions. Another thing, sabi nila, most supps was made based on bigger built person like Americans or Europeans..

    Just my two cents..

    Bro, luma na kasi yung post na yan january 2013 pa so malamang 2012 sya nagtake ng hydroxycut. Halos every year din nagrere-formulate ang hydroxycut e. Yung mga older version like hydroxycut hardcore X and hydroxycut pro series medyo madaming pills per day nga yung max dose (based sa label). yung mga newer versions mas mataas na ang caffeine per capsule so less caps per day ang inom (hydroxystim and hydroxycut elite). Ang trend kasi ng supps ngayon lesser capsules/scoops kaya madami ngayon 1 capsule per day or 1 concentrated scoop per serving sa fat burner and pre workout category :)

    Urong sulong ako sa fat burner. Tagal ko na kino-consider bumili nito pero I always back out at the last minute. One reason is I've already lost 140 pounds without it, so if I use it now, parang I can't claim na I didn't do any shortcuts sa weight loss ko. But now that I'm just trying to get leaner as I gained some mass/muscles, kino-consider ko na talaga siya. Pero yung other reason ko eh more on health. I've always avoided what I feel eh unnatural supplements. Whey, creatine, glucosamine at fish oil lang talaga.

    But I'm struggling sa cutting ko. Tsk tsk. The last time nasa CnC nako bibili nako hawak ko na Lipo 6 at Hydroxycut pumipili nako pero in the end, hindi ko pa din binili.
