again, i will not use clen anymore if:
- i am not 110% dialed in with changing my diet

- if i just want to drop a bit of BF and get it back later on

bro, id suggest you get another brand instead of Kefei.. this brand all sh!t... nasubukan ko na tong brand na toh.. sa aas, you need high dosage for this brand to be effective or same level as known brands...kase hindi puro ung content ng laman ng product nila (kung 10mg, baka nasa 5mg lang talaga) lalo na sa clen/primo/tren/stan/enan at prop.
madami akong nasoli na kefei products kase ang bagal ng gains/progress ng clients ko... pasensya sa mga tumatangkilik ng product na toh pero hinding hindi ko to recommend sa kahit kanino. may mas maganda pang produkto ang thailand aside from this.

Pansinin mo yung shelves, counter, pati yung orange wall nila pareho sa multiply site ng bodyblast pati yung kay starsupplement. So pati tuloy ako naguluhan na kung ano ba talaga isu-supply nila sayo kung sakali kumuha ka sa kanila.

nah! hahaha. i was just curious. i've had my fair share of using fat burners and never really loved the sides, i'm not into a contest prep anyways nor in a hurry so why bother hehehe. i'd rather channel my funds to food or protein supp or perhaps other recovery supps hehehe. Tama, pointless din kung di ka talaga matuto mag disiplina sa sarili after using.
