    Mali ang example mo sa sequence, at ang better na tawag doon is 'transition'. Yun yung kung paano kafle-flex towards from one pose to another.

    Sa example naman na binigay mo, hindi talaga basta taas yung arms kapag hinit ang double back biceps. Let's take sir @Chico enzo double back biceps pose as an example...

    Arms should be elevated parallel or slightly above parallel from the floor. Not leaning back too much. Also, equal yung pagkaflex at raise ng both arms/biceps. Which shows the greatest biceps peak. But there are also some ways to pull this pose.

I know they will fill out once nagkamass na talaga ung chest ko, kaya patience lang talaga kelangan ko.     Since hindi ko masyadong nasusubaybayan ang mga Olympian competitors, more on European at Asian circuit ang mga alam ko. One, from Britain; James Llewellin. Of course, sa Philippines; Roman 'Dondon' Cortuna. Liked his posing routine way back on the 2006 Arnold Classic [size=x-small](if I'm not mistaken)[/size]

    It's been already a year since i joined this community. Just wanna share my (slow) progress. Anyways, thanks to everyone who helped me through my journey. Hope to have a much better progress for the next 12 months...
