    uu. maliit lng doses ng bcaa sa mga amino supplements. la kwenta amino supplements. predigested whey protein lang un. sobra baba ng protein na bigay. 1g per tablet ata. bcaa k nlng :)

    BCAA helps you on; FAT LOSS and RETAINING BUILT MUSCLES. you can never build muscles while burning fat. cause building muscles requires a surplus of calories while burning fat requires a caloric deficit.

    ah ok gets ko na ung ibig sabihin mo sir sam.

    tama pwede pang bulk at pang cut ang bcaa pero sobrang expensive kasi sir, na ung iba ginagamit lang ito sa extreme cutting phase ung talagang nag papatuyo ng below 10% body fat

    2g sir amino ehehe, kya tawag amino 2222 kc 2,222mg amino sya, good for newbies na ren un, qng magttake ka 3tabs a day, meron ka ng 6g protein hehe

    edi mas ok ang whey ganun po ba? hirap intindihin no? hehe pero accurate ba ang amino profile ng mga whey tulad ni ON with over 5grams of BCAAs . tska iba ang free form and sa whey.

    Ang pinaka effective eh yung magbuhat ka ng mabigat na parang wala ng bukas at kumain ka ng tama at sapat pagtapos matulog ka ng mahimbing na parang sanggol.

    Supplements, ain't no magic pill/potion.

    Just my 2 cents.
  • i dont think mas ok ang bcaa sa whey... kasi lahat naman whey me bcaa na e. ndi na kailangan ilagay pa nang manufacturer yun kasi automatically aminos/bcaa are the building blocks of protein. and imagine, sabi nga nila diba you need atleast 1 gram or 1.5 gram of protein pero bodyweight a day? so imagine pano mo hahabulin yun kung idadaan mo sa aminos/bcaa? (ON whey - 24grams protein,5 grams BCAA) and about sa cutting or bulking phase, wala kinalaman bcaa dun kasi its more on diet dependant. ndi sa bcaa or whey naka base yun kung magpapa cuts ka o hindi. nasa calorie intake mo un, hope i make sense :)

    There's really only one reason to use EAA as a dietary supplement and that is its effect on the acute protein synthesis, which is advantageous in particular contexts. Other times of day, there are other cheaper AA-/proteinsource than EAA. An individual conditioning exercisers do not need to use the EAA.

    Getting an acute elevated protein synthesis, what does that really mean?
    This means that for a certain period after ingestion of a protein acutely elevates protein synthesis over basal levels as one synthesizes more protein out of amino acids than they did before. During that time period is thus protein synthesis higher than otherwise. Otherwise, they have never seen that it serves no purpose except on activity where the breakdown of muscle protein is large, for example, when weight training. When weight training has therefore high degradation of muscle protein, during that time would, consequently maximizing the building while the degradation is high, to maximize the results (more muscle) out of strength training, because the majority of degraded muscle protein is used in muscle protein synthesis again.

    EAA is the the subject which is by far the most efficient in the industry to urgently enhance protein synthesis, thus it is more effective than such as whey protein before and after exercise and you will build more muscle by replacing its whey protein with EAA framed with his workout.

    as for whey protein nman, meron naman tlga syang BCAA but not as high as BCAA powders, kumbaga concentrated na yung BCAA powders. its everyone's choice qng alin gusto nilang gamitin.

    proper diet+proper workout+complete supplements=better and fast results
    proper diet+proper workout+incomplete supplements=good results
    proper diet+proper workout=fair/good and natural results

    under tayo sa thread na BCAA so di ako nag refer sa nutrition ;) ok me food nga pero for other people na wala na masyado time lalo na sa mga workaholic, malaki tulong sa kanila whey (for protein) instead mag bcaa sila alone. yun yung tinutukoy ko na pano mo hahabuling yung dami nang protein kung bcaa alone gagamitin mo. (ON whey = 24 grams protein,only 5.5 grams bcaa

    basta eto lang masasabi ko ang BCAA ay isa sa mga importanteng supplment sa mga bodybuilder pag nagpapacondition sila.. baket?? kasi makikita mo to kay gerald pangan, jerick ternida, jay catli.atbp. not promoting but nasa shelves nila or bitbit nila pag nagtravel sila baket ko alam? kasi lahat sila friend ko sa FB.. nyahahha pero if you googled it sasabihin talaga sayo for muscle recovery etc. etc.. wala pa kasi ako sa cutting phase pag nandun na ako share ko na lang sa inyo..

    hehe syempre sir, professional bodybuilder mga yun kya dapat kompleto ang supplements, kahit steroids pwedeng ksama din.
