    sarap kaya mag dips. ahehehe. mas comfortable sakin pag weighted dips with dipping belt kse na hihila ako to my comfort zone, sakto ang ROM.

    seated iso machine press:

    body weight dips:
    bw x 12 x 4

    15 mins cardio at stationary bike liss style

    tapos inom ng pm7 ( sarap na sarap ako sa pm 7 ngayun pramis! )

    ako naman parang natatamisan sa PM7 ngayon di ko maubos ng isang lagukan lang gaya dati. Kakatapos ko nga lang uminom ngayon.

    Pero in fernez mas mabenta sya compared before, weekly ako mag re-stock ngayon mukhang hinaluan ng gayuma ang PM7! nyahaha

    mighty - sakin tamang tama lang yung lasa. ang gustong gusto ko yung lasang champoradong malinamnamn eh! tapos may konting gatas na kasama da best!

    di ko nga din sure kung tama yung scoop na ginamit ko eh. yung scoop ng pvl isogold parang ang laki ng isang scoop ahahah!

    Sakto pala sayo boss ang PM7 at least kahit 6 scoops a day ka hindi ganun kasakit sa bulsa hehe.
