Chest/Tri day last night. Ramdam ko yung pressure sa shoulders ko and sa ngayon, medyo masakit yung sa kaliwa. Nagstart 'to nung nag one-level up ako ng bigat ng binubuhat. I know I'm at the correct position and execution and I can definitely lift the weights. :(

  • if thats the case, dont go too wide, narrow ka konti ng grip, so that the triceps would help a little more in lifting...to chk, when the bar goes down, youll feel an uncomfortable stretch on the connecting tissue near the shoulder/pecs, sometimes hanggang sa biceps...if you feel some pain on the 1st to 3rd rep, there is something wrong

    eto bro lol

    http://pinoybodybuilding.com/discussion/147/monching11-project-pogi/p21

    Ingredients:

1 kilo Ground pork or beef
1/4 to 1/3 cup Soy sauce
    1/4 tbsp Aji-no-moto
1 Garlic bulb (medium size) - minced
1 medium size onion - minced
    5 tbsp Cornstarch
Paminta (durog, nde powder nde buo hehe)
1/2 to 1 cup Oatmeal (uncooked) - This is optional if you'd like to have a more volume sa patties nyu at this serves as an extender na din.

    Procedure:

though you might find this weird but i do rinse the ground meat to remove the blood and lansa dun sa meat then drain the water from it using a strainer. after draining the water i add the onions, garlic, pepper then masa hehe. after the spices have been mixed, then i add the seasonings (soy sauce and vetsin) then masa ulit. after that add the cornstarch and oatmeal (again oatmeal is optional) then final masa then viola! :yahoo: timplado na put in the fridge siguro kahit mga 30 mins para magsettle lang sa meat ung seasonings and spices then all you have to do next is scoop a portion of the mixture then flatten it then fry it. mas maigi kung nonstick ang gamit na pan :)

cheesmack dont underestimate the power of POSTwo meal. dati ganyan din mindset ko (broscience) na gabi na naman bakit ako kakain carbs and stuff. pero dyan kasi nagaganap ang pag repair mo ng muscles. for the protein to be broken, kelangan ng carbs (contains lotta stuff glyco and etc) para paiprocesso ng maige ng katawan. kung ako sayo, kunin mo ung rice sa meal mo sa umaga or lunch lipat mo sa post wo meal. you need to recover from wo bro.

Backreading some post habang naka bakasyon. I will keep this in mind. Thanks for this info sir bane!

  • Merry Christmas guys! Bawi tayo ng diet sa January!

    Hi guys,

So coming from the holidays we know that food and booze is overflowing. Thankfully, I managed to still control myself on the temptations. Though I didn't eat and drink excessively, medyo mintis sa usual diet ko yung mga nahatag sa mesa. Full of carbs and fats and I felt na medyo nadagdagan yung excess baggage ko sa belly area.

My question is, if you have any program be it workout or food that you can recommend that targets the belly area?

I was in a bulking phase but it felt that the majority of the bulk comes down to my belly. I wanna focus on this muna sana.

  • Hit your Traps every shoulder and back day.. Do light and high reps during back day and Heavy on Shoulders day. Focus ka lang sa shrugs and make sure you are doing it properly by not rotating your shoulders. Focus ka lang sa A to B (up down) movement.
