Imagine a 6 footer with this body hahaha. A few months ago, it finally came to me, I don't want to be in this body anymore. So I started to lift weights last February up to mid March, stopped due to financial difficulties, mahal pala sa slimmers haha. After around 2 months of inactivity, I found a nearby gym close to where I rent. Dahil sa sobrang lapit, ginanahan ulet ako, and today halos pang 4 weeks ko na ulet naggym dun. Hopefully magtuloy tuloy na, bukod sa mura, friendly at approachable ang mga tao dun to the point na parang magkakapatid na lang pag nagkasabay sabay magbuhat. Laking pasalamat ko sa pagbubuhat, halos natanggal ko na ang sigarilyo at alak sa katawan. gusto ko na lang ngayon, gumanda at lumaki talaga katawan ko!
At 6 feet, I weigh 172 lbs, looks ideal pero hinde, payat ako sa taas at mejo muscular sa baba, abnormal hahah. kaya focus ako sa upper body workouts pero I see to it that I do squats and deadlifts every other day as a warm up.
I'll post a picture of my progress when I hit my first month sa gym. Go ectomorphs haha!

May gym sa starmall Edsa Crossing, pinapainquire ko na kung pwede 1 time visit lang, parang trial..balikan ko kayo kung magkano yung charge or kung free kung marami tayo...

yung sa shaw eclipse yun..yung sa starmall sa loob ng mall mismo..so kapag ng mrt derecho na dun..kung me oto, madami parking dun kasi hindi nmn yun dinayo ng mga me otong ngmamall..minsan dun lang nagpapark...pwede din siguro sa Gold's gale..check ko kung panu yung trial session nila...
lol mambubulabog tayu ng gym ahahah! ok yun kung sa may bandang mandaluyong edsa lang 1 mrt lang. MWF 6pm is okay for me yung iba need mag confirm kung pwede sila.
keep it up zane..idol ka tlaga ng lahat sir milk!!!!malapit lapit ko na din magawa yang pose na yan..makapg gear na nga..yung capsule para alang sakit..ahahaha
