Couldn't 5 pushups to save my life @ 160 lbs.
PatrickStarr was bullied by his ~athletic~ friends
PatrickStarr starts lifting
PatrickStarr loses 20 lbs. the first three months.
PatrickStarr bulked to 160 again but no cigar
PatrickStarr attempted a chitty cut to 135lbs.
PatrickStarr spent the second year of lifting recovering and getting to 170lbs.

My family has a history of liver ailments. I can't even go on a high protien diet. It's fine to take supplements if you can afford them, in my opinion.
By all means, buy a pre-workout, whey protien, and some Creatine monohydrate.

Really nice bro.....but u can really increase more on shrugs....if u can.....cause not much movement on it...if u know what i mean...u can slowly increase to more on shrugs....n of course on all others as well...cheers....n train hard.....

Bench Press: 115
Barbell Row: 130 (PR)
Shrugs: 145 (PR) (Yes, weak ass forearms)
Skull Crusher: 50 (PR) (25 pounds each side and an Ez curl bar)
Lat Pulldown: 120
Hypextention: Done with 45 pound plate

Edit: I gained 5 pounds this month. 160 na ako :DD. 10 more pounds then I'll start a cut. Hehe

I'm actually making fitness my career. Mag bubukas ako ng gym someday, filled with Squat Racks, Olympic Bars, and dumbbells that go up to 120. Haha.

Yeah. Walang excuse not to reach my short term goals. Haha. It feels nice gaining 5 pounds every month without significant fat gain. I'm bulking ata with 15% BF.

Workout B:
Front Squat: 150 (PR for 5)
Deadlift: 195 (PR for 5)
OHP: 115 (PR for 5)
BB Row: 130 (Lower weight by approx 5% compared to workout A)
Close Grip Bench: 105 (PR for 8)
Dumbbell Curl: 30's for 8
Updated 1RM:
Front Squat: 170
Deadlift: 220
Bench Press: 150
I usually don't hit PR's on all movements that have 5 reps pero I was inspired today. Haha
