Okay to', 90 calories lang tapos 9g yung protein.

    1gallon serving:
    PROTEIN GRAMS 170.34345
    CARB GRAMS 229.017305
    FAT GRAMS 4.7317625
    TOTAL CAL 1640.0288825

cinompute ko yung price nung protein per gram http://wheyproteincalculator.appspot.com/
    Weight of Tub (in lbs): 4.40925 (2kg = 4.40925lbs)
    Price: 650.0
Grams of Protein Per Tub: 720.00018936
Price per gram of protein: 0.902777540347

mas mura pa yung "Price per gram of protein" kaysa sa PM7.. hhmmm

It's like comapring apples to oranges. So therefore, you can't compare their prices as well.
  • ^^ true. but what we could imply is that looking on the calories it can contribute to a diet (esp. to a caloric surplus diet), the grams per protein is much cheaper + we could save more because it can also add some carbs part to a bulking diet. imo, this could be a cheap replacement to a mass gainer (rather than to whey or multiblend protein drinks), lalo if someone is on a very tight budget.

Di rin naman kalakihan ang difference sa PM7 esp. if you're looking at the quality of protein you'll get. Also, most powdered milk including that has boat loads of sugar. Look at the carb content, yan ang nagpataas sa total cals nyan.

so far on other forums and sites only few of them discourage drinking soy
Yes,they are not advising soy as main source of protein but still hindi sinabi katakutan or iwasan
as for the estrogen like effect naman (it lowers testosterone and raises estrogen levels) researchers concluded
that soy does not alter testoserone concentrations in men
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11880595
these are all based on my research and sabi nga not al you
found on the internet are true so for me,moderate lang like
ko sa soy its a good source of carbs and fats:heart:

:sport:

    +1

eto din un sinasabi ko before, hindi nagkakalayo and PM7 has better contents in terms of sugar content etc.

  • basta nasa packs, processed paps, kahet ung fresh milk processed yan, hehe

:lol

  • Meron ako nakita from Alaska, high calcium non-fat milk - 63.50 per carton.

    Energy: 450kJ
    Protein: 13.8 g
    Fat: 0.4g
    Sat Fat: 0.3g
    Carbs: 13.0g
    Sugars: 13.0g
    Calcium: 450mg
    Sodium: 105mg

May naka-try na sa inyo? If I'm not mistaken, that's the best I've seen sa mga nakahilera dun (in terms of protein and fat content) which includes Cowhead.
  • i always drink that though i must admit medyo bland ang lasa nya pero ok sya sa lahat ng low fat milks pagdating sa profile. actually ang nakakatapat lang sa kanya is ung isang skim milk na green/white ung carton that i dont remember the name hehehe.
  • gamit ko bearbrand
