Mukang ayos din isabay sa cut kasi mas mafoforce ako magbuhat ng mabigat, para mabawasan muscle loss.
*Sa squat - Hindi ko na naiangat sa 5th rep, laugh trip tuloy kami ni red after napasigaw ako ng spooooot! Hahaha. For the first time natry ko na yung dalawang bakal sa gilid ng squat rack, ok naman pala haha.
Lamig ng panahon.. medjo nakakatamad tuloy sa gym ang bilis matuyo ng pawis...
