@Sir Mighty - Hindi ko pa siya gamit ngayon, tinry ko for a while then stopped until now. Sayang kasi hindi pa ganun kaayos diyeta at training ko, medjo stressed sa dami ng ginagawa at iniisip ngayon. Gusto ko sana sa panahong sulit na sulit.

Well they can blabber all they want (w/c i think the only thing they are good at) while i'm working my way up to pull 500 lbs by the end of the year "Sumakay pa sila" hahaha!
You can deny someone not having a chest that's thick enough or having big guns but you never ever deny the fact that someone can lift hundreds and hundreds of pounds on the bar.

@ Noel - Ang ginawa ko lang po, bawas ng total calories.
Ganun pa din naman kinakain ko medjo bawas lang ng portion.
Lift weights as heavy as I can.
Lam ko po madami malakas magbuhat dito but please don't compare my lifts to yours since for me that's my current full ROM, honest, heavy lifts.
I try to set a new PR even on a calorie deficit.
Minsan success, madalas hindi hehe. 1st week may heavy bag punching ako 10-15 mins after weight lifting pero mga sumunod na lingo hindi ko na din nagawa.
So until now, no cardio.
