may minerals. parang sa starcraft "We need more minerals" "we need more vespene gas"
  • siguro dark color lang na urine, hindi naman itim. and i dont think na same degree of overtraining ang sinasabi mo gaya ng "overtraining" na tinatanong ni juneG.

Baka hindi lang overtaining yun, vitamins and mineral deficiency or nutrient deficieny, mas sakit, dehydrated or whatever.
  • monching11monching11 Posts: 7,273

  • can find original research studies. Pero this one research from Dr. William O. Roberts, president of the American College of Sports Medicine.

"Severe muscle pain that lasts for many days can be a sign of rhabdomyolysis, a disorder that occurs when too much of the muscle protein myoglobin leaks from the muscle cells into the bloodstream, possibly damaging the kidneys.

Dark urine, indicating the presence of myoglobin, can be a symptom of rhabdomyolysis, which in very rare cases can lead to renal failure.

Running marathons and participating in other endurance events can cause rhabdomyolysis.
Other risk factors include being unfit or dehydrated and exercising in high temperatures."

    pathophysiology 101 brother.
  • Basahain mo monching ung recent article na naexperience ng ufc fighter Dark brown sabi. Research article sabi dark urine. Maruning bang magbasa? Dark can be black. Kaya nga dark knight si batman.
