Slept for 11 hours. Kulang pa din pero it at least removed the redness from my one eye. Feeling energetic na din kahit papano sana wala nang sumulpot na malaking problema sa mga projects ng makauwi ng maaga bumuhat at tumakbo! Pero bubuhat nako mamaya kahit anong mangyari sa araw na to hahah
buti ka pa bro "slight" lang ... yung sakin obvious eh ... di naman ako sanay mag jogging pants kaya ako mismo pag titingin ng form ko, napapa-iling na lang ako eh

Will run and do legs later. As usual "pampa tone and cuts, ayaw ko kasing maging bouncer gusto ko ung sakto lang parang derek ramsey lang" program ang gagamitin ko since im still recovering from my sickness.

Trained Back/Abs today. Took extra joss and had eminem playing in the background had me worke up. Didnt notice I trained for 2 hours lol.
Was in the zone tonight dahil sa eminem playing in the background at sa pakikipag kwentuhan saken nung bantay na nagbabalak sumali sa compy next march.
I don't do 1rm's pero I was surprised I was able to lift 300 out of trip lang hehehe.
Konting progress, almost 4 weeks. Not that big of a progress but I know I'm getting there.
Took the first photo on oct 2 and the one on the right kanina lang. Chest ung program ko sa unang photo kaya namamaga hehehe.
Also, eto ung bagong bantay sa gym na naka kwentuhan ko about roids. Now that he's open sakin nagsabi siya nag na mag solicit daw siya saken sali daw siya ng compy on March. Tas onting picturan lang sa gym.
