Back & tris sa wednesday then sore pa muscle ko dahil sa chest,okay lang bang iwork ulit kahit sore pa,minsan kase umaabot ng 2days or 3. Yung sore sa chest then minsan iwork ko even sore pa minsan diko sya iwork but hanggat maari diko winowork …

Kahit sore pa sya,any suggestions 3 days lang kase workout ko because of work thanks,and btw if mag chest & tris ako fatigue na tris ko sa chest bago pa mag tris exercise.

Yung capacity,kase nag buy ako ng 45 & 35lbs then mag bebench sana ako then feeling ko mababali na sya but,my tito said its from chris sport. San ba mas maganda bumili ng bar? Yung solid. Thanks boss.
