Naku sir, kung sa pagkain lang sobrang lakas kung kumain. At sobrang lakas din ng intake ko sa carbs. Thrice more than my protein intake. Pro active lang talaga ako sa sports ko kaya kahit sobrang lakas ko kumain mabilis mgmetabolize.
