  • hahaha i love my boiled chicken! kung tutuusin hindi naman sobrang mahal ng karne kung sa carbs at fat ka magtitipid. kung solve ka na sa rice, gulay at oats tapos meat kaya ng budget yan. pero pag pumasok na dyan ang pampasarap ng meat, yummy carbs and expensive fats. ubos talaga pera mo :)

    500g ng chix breast nasa approx 148-155g protein. Sakto na sa nasa ganyang weight kung susundin ang standard na 1g/lb.
    Nagulat nga ako ganun na pala kataas protein nun hehe.
    Papatak ng 100/day sa karne.

    Dagdag pa yung makukuha sa whey,milk,eggs,etc..(if you are consuming any) at traces sa carb sources.
    Kaya pinipilit ko talaga magluto e, kasi kung kakaen ako sa canteen namin bukod sa puro buto,litid at taba e mas mahal pa magagastos ko :)

    Sigurado pang clean kasi ako mismo naghugas sa luto ko.
    Ay wait, yun ba yung clean na tinutukoy dito? Wala kasi sumagot e lol.

    Ako sa lean chickie breast ang bilang ko na sinusunod yung naituro sakin noon na safe to say na ang raw lean meat na chicken breast ay pumapatak na 100g pure lean meat = 20g of protein. Ayaw ko rin kasi ng maguluhan buhay ko kaya dyan na lang ako nagbabase pagdating sa karne hehe.. kumbaga for the sake of consistency.

    Anyways, malaking tulong din ang pag lamon ng 1lb per BW ng prot sa cut talaga.. dba sabi pag cut eh we have to preserve the current mass then strength levels shooting up ( depende sa training prog )

    Yun lang, experience ko lang hehe.. pero minsan hindi ko rin nasusunod yung macros ko, sakin okay lang no hassle kesa naman mabaliw ako

    Pag sinabing "do not do more than 5 movements" meaning eh 1 movement = 1 exercise like Deadlifts?

    10-11 AM: Weight Training: I suggest using a setup similar to reverse pyramid training, which is my favored approach. This is a high intensity, low volume setup. Keeping intensity high is key in order to reap the catecholamine-related benefits. Do 2-3 sets of 4-8 reps for compound movements and 1-2 sets of 8-10 reps for assistance movements (curls, triceps work, etc). Do no more than 5 movements per session.

  • Guys how can i alleviate my wrist discomfort?

    Kasi nung monday napagtripan ko lumagpas sa limit ko ng bp from 190 i went to 230lbs kasi may spotter kaya malakas loob ko hehehe. While lifting sa 210 and 220 i heard my wrist na may click sound pero no pain, i felt na kaya ko pa so i went to 230lbs may click sound ulit sa wrist pero mas malakas tapos kumirot pati forearm ko kaya natakot ako at hindi ko na tinuloy, napansin ko nung last set mali na pala form sa paghawak ko kaya its my mistake. Whenever i rotate my wrist may konting discomfort till now, yesterday pagkadeadlift ko sa baba 230lbs palang dumudulas na grip ko then at 250lbs muntik ko na mabitawan :angry:
    I decided to stop yesterday muna and retry today kasi bumibigay agad grip ko. Im so
    Pissed off kasi ang tanga ko masyadong excited sa bp hindi ko na napansin form ko (lesson well learned) :arghh:

    mas ok po bang mag SQUATS / DEAD LIFT ng naka tsinelas nalang kesa naka sapatos na (running)?

    O kung may Chucks ka yun gamitin mo sa pag DL at Squat o kahit anong flat soled shoes siguraduhin mo flat example nga nyan ay chucks allstars

    chucks talaga ang pinakamagandang basic na flat shoes for DL/squat or yet paa!

    totoo po bang nakaka burn ng fats, o nakakapayat ang high reps parang 4 sets or 15 reps.

    ^just go heavy di heavy yan kung nakaka 15 reps ka at to answer your question NO.

    If you are doing Circuit/BB complexes/Crossfit routines for "conditioning" purposes I'd say yes, but if you are pertaining to make as a part of your usual lifting routine probably not much.
  • Mga sir ask ko lang po if okay lang po ba na sundan ang barbell bench press at inclined nang dumbbell bench press at inclined?

    Actually pwede naman. Ang tanong lang is, ilang exercises ba ang plan mo gawin for chest? Kasi 4-5 exercises ok na as long as all out ang buhat mo :)
