would like to share something last saturday in the gym. bumili ako ng 2 scoops na ON whey cause i forgot to bring my own protein and i was like..... wtf is this shit! im like drinking water with some bit of chocolate in it lol. ang hirap pala pag nakatikim ka ng masarap at bumalik ka sa ordianry na protein drinks. hahanap hanapin mo yung lasa.
sunod na din ako next week siguro baka makabili na..meron ba nito sa CnC?kanino dun tsaka magkano yung pinaka malaki??anu po pala suggested flavor??tsaka an u po difference nito sa myofusion hydro??ala na ko time mag research eh..sir milk pa assist na lang po..
good thing don asked about the difference with the old and new formula of myofusion because i forgot to mention that what i have tried was the HYDRO version or the new formula. well, na dagdagan lang naman ng whey hydrolysate yung bago thats why they called it hydro. i believe that this hydrolysate thingy is much more fast absorbent by the body compared to the regular whey. so in short myofusion is a blend or combination of proteins both slow acting and fast acting which is great for everyday use anytime of the day.
milk chocolate tastes like melted magnolia ice cream and goes best with half milk and half water yum yum!

mga idol, sorry kung medyo off topic tong post ko..papatulong lang sana ako..hindi kasi ako makapagdecide kung ano bibilhin ko sa CNC sa isang araw..hehehe ang budget ko kasi eh 3k para sa supps (either whey or gainers) plus creatine.. mukhang di kakasya kung ON 100% whey ang kukunin ko..kasya pero 5lbs lang..compared sa 12lbs na serious mass or 11lbs na muscle juice..or sa mas murang 5lbs na promatrix7..hehehe ano po ba dapat kong bilhin? balak ko pa din kasi sana bumili ng shaker pag may natirang pera.. thanks!
buy 5lbs of any brand of whey it will cost you around 2k - 2.3k then buy 1 can of no cook quaker oats about 150 php. every time you drink your whey put 5 spoonful of oats. this is much beter than weight gainers and much cheaper. tapos may matitira ka pa dun sa 3k na budget mo pang kain natin lol!

lol! hindi ba kayo nagagawi sa mga oatmeal at energy drinks section sa supermarket? andami nyan yung nasa red na lata o red na pouch. no cook as in add hot water lang pwede na pero ang ginagawa ko kasi nilalagay ko na sya sa inumin ko tapos hintay lang ng mga 5 mins inom na. instant carbs and calorie.
ahh i see, nothing special pala. akala ko ung ready na kagad pag lagay.. so ang ginagawa mo pala sir milk pinapalambot mo lang ung oats sa whey mo then inom na? thanks!
