guys, may mga nababasa ako sa net na deload... sabi nila kailangan daw natin yung para makafull recover ang katawan natin... may mga nagdedeload po ba dito ng regular basis? paenlighten naman po mga paps... mga ilang weeks bago dapat magdeload?

usually din may deload po ako after ko ma complete yung isang cycle ng routine. at kailangan ko na din ng deload week hahaha sakit na ng katawan ko wasak wasak na mga joints ko sa wendler 5/3/1
di pa ko nagdeload eversince.. pero dapat gawin ata yun kasi medyo minsan tumatagal na yung soreness ng muscles ko..

Only reality matters: how long does your body actually need for recovery? Consistent training eventually builds a deficit that cannot be repaid in a single rest day. A deload week is a chance for your body to recover from that deficit. The deload week allows your body to catch up – to repair connective tissue and restore testosterone/cortisol ratios. Muscle can recover more quickly than connective tissue. A deload week keeps tendons and ligaments healthy. If you chronically develop tendonitis, then scheduled deload weeks are definitely part of the solution.

paps oks lan g ba papost dito or papm yung sistema ng pagdedeload? gusto ko din kasi makarecover eh..
ayaw ko naman magdeload in a way na di ako magbubuhat ng 1 whole week.. hehe

I always prefer to take one week off after 8 weeks workout. Kasi pagdating ko sa gym after nung off na yun parang refreshed na refreshed ako at hayok na hayok sa bakal.
