Sir ok lng ba na nag coconsume ako 500ML eggwhite's perday? nkaka bili kasi ako dito samin ng eggwhite's lng sa mga gumagwa ng leche flan.
Etoh meal 6 or 8 time's a day ako kuma kain pero dko alam kung ilan calorie lhat ng mga un.

Instructions

o 4 Calculate your body fat weight by subtracting your answer in Step 3 from your total body weight. This is your body fat weight.
o 5 Multiply your answer from Step 4 by 100. Divide the result by your total body weight. This is your body fat percentage.
Tips & Warnings
• Athletes will have a body fat percentage of 14-17 percent.
• People who are physically fit will have a body fat percentage of 6-13 percent.
• A healthy amount of body fat is 18-25 percent.
• A body fat percentage above 25 percent is considered obese

lam ko din kasi depende toh kung paano ka magstore ng fats sa katawan..
bro wag ka naman 25% @ baka 40% na ako pag ganyan.. 15% ka na lang para high 20's pa din kami endo.. hehehe!
