Hi Guys! Ask ko lang kung anong magandang workout plan for 2 times a week. Dalwang beses lang kasi akong nakakapunta sa gym sa sobrang busy.

First session
Pwede ka naman mag chest, triceps, shoulder at abs
Bench press, overhead press, triceps push down at ab exercise bahala ka na kung ano
Second session
Back exercise, biceps, legs at cardio or abs
Dead lift, barbell row, bicep curls, leg curl or lunges for legs and pwets haha
Note: pwede mo i next week ang squat kasi napaka exhausting yan pag sinabay mo sa DL.
example: next week second session
Squat, Lat pull down or pull up or chin up, barbell row, bicep curls

Bali ano po pala maisusuggest niyo na whey protein? yung hindi po sana nagca-cause ng acne. Hehe
