Hi Guys! Ask ko lang kung anong magandang workout plan for 2 times a week. Dalwang beses lang kasi akong nakakapunta sa gym sa sobrang busy.

    First session
    Pwede ka naman mag chest, triceps, shoulder at abs
    Bench press, overhead press, triceps push down at ab exercise bahala ka na kung ano

    Second session
    Back exercise, biceps, legs at cardio or abs
    Dead lift, barbell row, bicep curls, leg curl or lunges for legs and pwets haha

    Note: pwede mo i next week ang squat kasi napaka exhausting yan pag sinabay mo sa DL.

    example: next week second session

    Squat, Lat pull down or pull up or chin up, barbell row, bicep curls

    I'm using ON Gold Standard right now. Fortunately lahat ng nagamit ko na whey supp hindi naman ako nag ka acne or kung ano man na side effects sa katawan.

    I tried the following products:

    Musclepharm Combat 100% whey
    WheyL Nutrition Co. - JUST Whey protein
    Athlene Nutrition - Whey protein
    PM7 - Whey protein (budget friendly)

    Check mo nalang prices bro. Meron kasabihan kasi you get what you paid for so ikaw na ang humusga kung ano gusto mo hehehe. Anyway they are just supplement, nasa sayo pa rin ang huling hirit by doing proper training, enough rest and quality food.
