Hello, Tanong ko lang bat halos lahat ng mga nababasa kong guide thru google search about sa workout routine 5-6 lang ung mga exercises? kasi parang nakukulangan ako kung susundin ko ung sa net na mga routine. Bakit konti lng? Kelangan bang sundin yan or may technique kung bat 5 lng? Thank you

tinry ko rin yung ganyan, yung aabot ng 45 mins per session lang kasi sobrang busy sa mga schoolworks, tas sabi ng mga tropa ko lumalaki daw ako (no homo) hahaha
It really depends on the part you are working out. Ako nga usually sa isa muscle group like the chest, 5 exercises lang ako. You just want to hit muscles in different angles. So sa chest, usually, incline, flat, decline bench press + incline and flat flyes. Sa delts usually, 3 or 4: overall, front, side, rear. You don't need more than 5 exercises. If you think it's not enough, it's because the intensity of your workout is, I guess, pretty low. Usually yan, kung 4 sets x 10 reps, pagdating mo ng 3rd or 4th set nyan, halos di mo na matapos yan.
And most likely, pag sumobra ka ng 5 or 6 sets, halos same exercise lang din gagawin mo pero ibang bar or equipment lang gagamitin mo.
It's always up to you. Kung body building ka at nagpapaganda lang ng form. Mas maganda na maraming reps sa 3 sets tapos nag iincrease ka ng weight para mag build ka ng muscles. Pero kung gusto mong mag weight lifting or magbulk, mag buhat ka ng 5 sets, 1st set warm up. then heavy 2nd set with 10 reps, tapos 3rd with 8 tapos increase ka ng weight, then 4th set kahit maka 4 to 5 reps ka pero mabigat na kaya mo parin mabuhat with right form. Totoo ba yan na dapat 60 minutes lang? ako lagpas lagpas ako to almost 2 hours kasi may kwentuhan at pahinga haha. Average ko is 90 mins
depende,kung tapos mo agad routine mo in 45 mins bakit mo pa paaabutin ng 60 or more than 60 minutes. Depende rin sa routine,kapag leg day medjo matagal,abot 60 to 70 mins.
or yung iba binibilisan dahil leg day, a few of this, a bit of that and im done leg day eh hahahahaha

Depende sa workout splits and number of sets. I usually spend 1 hour and 15 mins at the gym. chest/tri (20 sets for chest, 8 sets for tri), back/biceps (20 sets and 8 din sets), shoulders and traps (16 and 8), legs/abs (20 sets and 12 sets) I go heavy on everything.
