Guys, I'm really confused, what is the real fact about on taking shower right after workout/gym, and how long you should be on taking shower. Please share your thoughts. Thank you.

I believe it's for the muscle soreness, and a hygienic practice after a workout. And it's also included to what i paid for in my monthly membership
ako din naliligo sa bahay pag katapos mag workout.. pinapagalitan pa ako ng mga tao sa bahay, dahil mapapasma daw ako.. hahaha.. minsan kasi may mabahong gamit sa gym,, hindi kaya ng alcohol.. haha, kagaya nung rope pang triceps, hindi mo na mapaliwanag yung amoy, tsaka yung pang biceps, yung pinapatungan pag mag bibiceps curls ka,, ang baho din, kasi kung kani kaninong pawis na nag samasama dun, kaya pag dating sa bahay ligo kagad. hahaha
well, as long as its not ice cold, its ok...
After WO shower agad wapakels na ako kasi office hours na yan 1:30 pm kaya nag mamadali na ako lol. Sa gym naman namin may hot shower so walang problema para sa akin.
Speaking of ice cold, pag uminom daw ng ice cold water / beverage after working your body (like basketball or workout), mamamatay. I've heard of it plenty of times already, so masama ang ice cold liquid sa internal organs?
old wives tale, actually drinking cold water lowers the body's internal temp, to compensate, the body heats it up, thus using calories...
