well doing dumbell row dapat di tinatamaan ang biceps, your arms are just hooks, let the lata do their work..try this paps, adjust your grip, yung parang naka hook lang, dont fully grip the handle, stop squezzing it, gives pressure to the foreams eventually the biceps..my guess is magkaiba grips ng dbs you are using, one is thicker than the other....try it paps

BTW, sa raon ako bumili ng mga plates. 26php per lb yung nabili ko hehe.

Yung sa akin na amino acid 4:1:1 ay hindi ko na iniinom for the same reason, ang hirap lulonin.bili ako next time ng powder for post wo ihalo ko sa whey.

May sore sa back ko, effective naman pala back exercise ko kahapon akala ko wala lang. Siguro sa seated cable row eto.
