    well doing dumbell row dapat di tinatamaan ang biceps, your arms are just hooks, let the lata do their work..try this paps, adjust your grip, yung parang naka hook lang, dont fully grip the handle, stop squezzing it, gives pressure to the foreams eventually the biceps..my guess is magkaiba grips ng dbs you are using, one is thicker than the other....try it paps

    i have a pic of what i use na db sa gym at page10 of my journal sir though di ko na kunan ang bar haha. what i use at home is this, with additional 1klg each side: see pic below

    Ganito din yung nabili kong dbs sir hehe. Nung ni-try ko mag curl parang mas mabigat kahit same lbs lang compared sa ginagamit kong may rubber handle. Probably dahil mas payat yung handle or mas mabigat sya? Tas may mga plates kasi na mas mabigat/magaan ng onti kesa sa nakalagay na lbs nya hehe.. BTW, sa raon ako bumili ng mga plates. 26php per lb yung nabili ko hehe.

    REST DAY!!

    May sore sa back ko, effective naman pala back exercise ko kahapon akala ko wala lang. Siguro sa seated cable row eto.

    just dont mind the weight, the harder the better...if it doesnt hurt, it doesnt work...am i right?

    that's what i wanted, gusto ko nag bburn bicep ko. pero nakukuha ko lang pag maraming reps. i don't want to lift heavy naman with few reps and not feeling the burn sa biceps parang feeling ko kasi walang effect eh

    Yung sa akin na amino acid 4:1:1 ay hindi ko na iniinom for the same reason, ang hirap lulonin.bili ako next time ng powder for post wo ihalo ko sa whey.
