Ano mas effective and mas okay? at kailangan ko ba gawin to kapag naform ko na yung upper pecs? o pagsabayin upper and lower?

Dips are the best for chest bar none, it targets the whole pec, btw.. dont go too heavy on the weighted dips, seen plenty of injuries from doing it wrong....ingat sa rotator cuff

Dont worry, i only happens on doing too heavy weighted dips
hindi ko kaya mag dips saklap hahaha kaya decline ginagawa ko 4months na ako pero d ko mabuhat bigat ko

doing dips lately, 8x15 yan lang kaya ko lol. and btw dapat proper form, kasi baka instead na chest dips eh triceps dips magawa mo lol
dips, just be carefull in going too low...dips are one of the main causes of shoulder injuries
