hello mga tol ngayon lang ako nag post dito sa pinoybodybuilding.com by the way im justin josef gomez first time ko mag post ng progress dito sa pinoybodybuilding.com wala lang wala ako magawa eh kaya makadalaw naman dito nag start ako mag gym,jogging at diet way back August 2010 ang laki ng utang na loob ko kay ate jen at kay hunkie punkie monching tska sa bro ko na si redwarriors ang totoong nag turo sakin talaga sakin mag papayat si kuya kirby nasa baba yung picture niya pakita ko tapos yung size ng t-shirt ko galing sa U.S XXXL tapos yung mga pants ko din ang hirap mag hanap kaya lahat padali galing sakin ng mahal ko na tita size 45! ) imagine that haha
wayback 2009 and 2010 ang laki ko sobra as in super obese ako hindi na healthy tawag sakin
eto yung pic ko nung sobrang taba ko pa dati. around Nov-Dec 2009 nasa 305+ pounds ako almost 139 kilogrammes.
nakita niyo kung gaano ako kalaki ? haha
eto na yung pic ko nung Summer of 2010 nasa 310+ pounds na ako haha!

then....around October Of 2010 medyo pumapayat na talaga ako todo diet at gym at jogging!

pag sumasakay ako ng jeep pag nasa likod ako sakop sa upuan dalawa tapos para iwas hiwa sa unahan ako sumasakay binabayaran ko na yung dalawang upuan dun para hindi ako maka abala tapos ang hirap kumilos mabilis ako hingalin at prone sakit ang mga matataba..tapos nahihiya ako minsan kasi ang taba taba ko sobra talaga
tapos etong pumayat ako tumaas self-confidence ko tapos hindi na ako madaling hingalin at madaling kumilos ang gaan sa pakiramdam nakakalusot ako sa mga masisikip na daan ayun

haha :P opo sir talagang Determinasyon lang at sa disiplina kung pag sasamahin mo yan sa isang tao sir ma aachieved mo talaga yung gusto mo at sapat na motibasyon yun lang para sakin eto yung mga nag push talaga sakin bakit ako nag papa payat dapat meron kang Determination,Discpline,Motivation,Perserverance basta you have the right mindset ma aachieved mo goal me and my bro sskin are living proof na kaya naming magpapayat
kung tutuusin po sa tig 20 pesos lang ako lumiit eh wala sa gym nasa tao lang kung gusto mo talaga ma -achieved yung desired physique na gusto mo

tska by March to April tska ako mag start mag palaki/firming talagang diet muna talaga gusto ko pa ibaba yung weight ko eh
