Tried Keto diet, effective siya. Although di ganun kaganda ang pagdigest ko ng food , needs a lot of water, if not, madalas constipated. I prefer to eat good carbs pa din.

I usually eat burgers, i just nix the bun. And there are a lot of recipes that imitate, well, normal food but LCHF, like pizza that has meat crust. Tried it, absolutely delicious, takes a bit of doing tho. Personally not a big fan of pasta, rice is starting to creep on me tho, i might try a cauliflower rice recipe
Main thing about diets is sustainability. I just cant be bothered to count calories anymore (I used to, which helped me drop 50 or so lbs, but it was pretty tedious) and this is much easier on the mind, for me at least

Hmmm... It's pretty basic actually. I pretty much do a pretty mild IF with it, around 12/12, so I eat at noon, after fasted cardio usually.
4 whole eggs, fried in butter and swimming in parmesan
Any meat/ ulam available for brunch
Usually snack on peanuts/ pork rinds (chicharon) throughout the day
And a couple of "fat bombs" which are pretty much nut based desserts with no cal sweeteners
For dinner I usually just fry some meat or whatnot, maybe some green leafy veggies when the shitter's not working properly
Aaaaaaaand basically that's it. No real complexities, just avoid carbs like the devil, and eat as much fat as your heart (pun intended, get it? LOL) desires
