Hello peeps!

Just got back to the gym 8 weeks ago at 110lbs, was able to gain 20lbs in the first 4 weeks, but haven't gained any since. I was 175lbs 6yrs ago before I was not able to continue with the workout. I'm trying to gain back those pounds :blush:

Looking forward for tips from fellow bodybuilders. Recent pics posted.

  • ganda ng foundations mo siguro sir noh? clean bulk na lang sa tingin ko klngan mo sir. madami masters dito makakatulong sayu na same po sa goals mo.

    DAY 1 - CHEST AND BICEPS (Last set up to failure)
    Decline BB Press - 3x4-6reps max weight
    Incline BB Press - 3x4-6reps max weight
    Push Ups - up to failure
    Crossover Flyes - 3x8-10reps
    BB Curl - 3x6-8reps max weight
    2 DB Curl - 3x6-8reps max weight
    Reverse Curl - 3x6-8reps max weight

    DAY 2 - BACK AND TRICEP (Last set up to failure)
    Lat Pulldown Wide - 3x6-8reps max weight
    Close Grip Pulldown - 3x6-8reps max weight
    DB Pullover - 3x6-8reps max weight
    BB Rows - 3x6-8reps max weight
    DB Rows - 3x6-8reps max weight
    Deadlift 3x6-8reps max weight
    Close Grip BB Press - 3x6-8reps max weight

    cnbi nyo p mga sir... pro malabo un kung totally hintayin ko ung after new year... kya eto, inumpisahan ko n s bhay. make do kung ano mg2wa s limited n gamit ko... hehe

    hello peeps!!!.. 6 months n d nkpggym!!!.. :angry: k2blik lng last month, and regular ulit since.. hopefully dre-dretso nah.. weight up to 150lbs :biggrin: .. will post recent pics probably next month.. pg me unti n ipapakita.. wahahaha.. enjoy pumping iron!!!
