    squat atg - 140lbs
    bench - 160lbs
    row - 145lbs
    incline - 125lbs
    deadlift - 180lbs

    weighted dips - 3x8 60lbs
    bb curls - 3x8 80lbs
    weighted situps - 4 50lbs, failure
    weighted hypers - 2 60lbs, failure
    tricep extension - 3x8 60lbs

    Week 7, day 1 later.. kung me bukas n gym!!!.. :huh sarado ung gym n regular ko nipupuntahan, mghahanap s tabi-tabi ng bukas.. hehehe

    Started week 8 day 1 yesterday.. ok nman so far.. prang mas magaan pa ung buhat ko khpon compared to that of last week's eh. Mas conditioned cguro, hehehe.. :P

  • Kamusta mga kapatid? Mukhang marami ng bago at nagbago dito ah. Nahihilo n ngaun s pgikot ung picture ko ah. haha! Nice!!! :yahoo: Nagpaparamdam lang nman... buhay pa. Literally haven't been to the gym since Nov 2012 :blush: So, kung ilang taon at buwan ang baby ko, + 1 month kung gano n ako katagal d nkkpgworkout. I intend to resume na ulit hopefully this summer, once na sure nko n mkkpg regular n ulit. Start from scratch. Down to 139lbs. I'll post updates in case...

    Re ky Zane.. nkikita ko once a week for the past 3 weeks, pg ngagawi ako dun s ofc nila.. We're under the same company ulit, although mgkaiba ng site. Ayun, busy busy dn s work... at sa "kung anuman" s knyang personal life. haha.. Ky Zack wla ako balita.. khit s chat d ngpaparamdam..
