Hello peeps!
Just got back to the gym 8 weeks ago at 110lbs, was able to gain 20lbs in the first 4 weeks, but haven't gained any since. I was 175lbs 6yrs ago before I was not able to continue with the workout. I'm trying to gain back those pounds
Looking forward for tips from fellow bodybuilders. Recent pics posted.

DB Pullover - 3x6-8reps max weight
BB Rows - 3x6-8reps max weight
DB Rows - 3x6-8reps max weight
Deadlift 3x6-8reps max weight

hello peeps!!!.. 6 months n d nkpggym!!!.. k2blik lng last month, and regular ulit since.. hopefully dre-dretso nah.. weight up to 150lbs :biggrin: .. will post recent pics probably next month.. pg me unti n ipapakita.. wahahaha.. enjoy pumping iron!!!
