I just want to know How much time do you spend in your workout...??

  • normally 45-60 mins for the working sets of weight training. :) around 3-4 times a week. cardio days are usually done on a different day.

    I workout 1 hour max as much as possible. Though this would mean that nobody else is around in the gym..
  • ako 25 to 30 mins lang sa bahay. pag sa gym inaabot ng 1hr kasi di mo naman sarili ung gamit,mag hihintay ka kapag ginagamit pa ung equipment

    yung 2hrs ay basi sa nabasa ko at mga advices by our masters eh, aabot daw yun ng ganyang hrs kasi depende sa rest time between sets... tsaka sabi ni sir milk depende sa body parts na - na hit mo sa workouts.

    1hr- 1:30hr pero kapag madami awts 2hrs yan haha..

    ok naman yan sir ah, yan yung nabasa ko sa mga magasins like Menshealth, tsaka mag vary yan lalo na if 5x5 ka.. i think lalakihan mo rin yung rest time mo i think 3mins to 4mins ata.

    eh nag base lang ako sa article na nabasa ko sir eh... tsaka, di parin ako totaly always heavy sa ngayon... pero pag eenom ako ng Expand... yan heavy ako at ganado.. usually 40secs lang rest time ko...

    sa iyo mga 1min or 1min and 30secs ok na ata yun, kasi ma fefell mo yung relief sa relaxation time mo eh, tsaka bubuhat na naman uli...

    ako sir pag naka Xpand...talagang daming tubig ko eenomin while on the workout.... kahit busog sa tubig na nakapagbubuhat rin naman ahahahha,.. kayo? naranasan nyo na yan? busog sa tubig....????
  • lagi ko nararansan yn heheh mga dalawang basong 2big ung malaking baso ang gait kona nunuyo ksi lagi lalamunan ko kapg na workout na walang 2big. pero mga 20 or 10 mins before workout iniinom ko na ung 1 basong tubig na may isang ice cube

    40-45 mins, pag busy ung gym at may waiting sa equipment, nag tatagal ng konti pero hindi ako inaabot ng 1 hour +++

    Maximum of 1hour na lang 2-3 times a week, di kaya ng sked eh
  • Sir ako allways inaabot ng 3hours ang work out ko tapos 5x a week ako kasama napo yung rest dun mga 1-2 ins kada lift kasi po pag chest/tricep at back bicep, shoulder legs lahat ng program nun i mean lahat ng klaseng buhat binubuhat ko kya natagal ako tapos abs pa ok lang po bayun
