OT na talaga yan. pero common yan e. lalo sa mga bguhan tlaga... kasi hirap pa sila mgWO. di kaya yun 2-3mins rest between sets. tapos ksama jan yun wentohan! lolz... ako, 2-3hours din... pero ksi twice aweek lng ako nakakagym now... mon & thur. or basta 2-3 days off. wala e, yan lng ang pede for now.

    45 mins. to 1 hour at depende na rin sa dami ng tao sa gym.

  • 15mins, minsan 30mins on cardio
    1hr on weights.

    so pumapatak 1hr and 15mins or 1hr and 30mins,.

    1hour ako minsan pag madaming sets nasa 2 hrs.

    pag may chicks umaabot minsan ng 1.5 hrs. hehe

    oo nga eh, kailangan daw kasi ng 3-5 min rest per set so pag 10 sets yung rest palang mga nasa 30 minutes na, pero now nasa 1hr nalang lagi.
  • 45mins - 1hr. 4-5 exercises lang kase ako per WO.

    Ako 1-2 hours. Pero hindi tuloy-tuloy yan. Longer breaks in-between kasi senior citizen na. At wait pa sa equipment/machine, small gym lang kasi.

    45 mins to 1 hour. depende kung gaano ako katagal sa cardio. pero ang buhat, 45 mins lang usually.

    Dips are alternative to developing chest and triceps muscles...

    ^sarap pag sa bahay lang magwworkout. no need to worry about gym fees :sport:
  • kaso problema walang spotter kapag mag hheavy ka, yan prob ko dito sa bahay kaya kailangan din talaga sa labas mag w.o

    Nag invest ako ng power rack twice na naligtas leeg ko haha twice na ako nag subok ng pr sa benchpress and kung wala yung rack malamang wala na ako post dito heheh or pipi na ako kasi nahulugan ko na sarili ko ng barbell hehehe

    3 times pala yung kanina biglang binuhos ng anak ko yung pink na pulbos nya sa mukha ko sa pang 8 rep hahaha kung walang power hospital na ako. Kaya ngayon amoy gro lang ako pero safe heheh ^^
