Imma step back a bit from training muna today, think my body is showing signs of overtraining dahil 8hrs of sleep still groggy as fuck. 5 days a week ako nakakapag train for 6 weeks na lol.
Watching YT vids muna, Chris Jones one of my fave fitness gurus I subscribe into purely BB'ing topics no BS and straight to the point.
sir monch - pass muna ako sa gwo this month.. most of my thurs and fri ay nasa hk or sg ako tapos balik nang sabado, hirap mag commit kase hindi ko alam anu oras ako maka uwi pag sabado.
bawi ako sa december... pahinga din ako sa buhat dahil sa back spasm ko.
btw, i do train my abs (direct) as well when my bf is a bit low na.
Edit: reply dun sa thread ko... pwede naman ako sumama sa gwo, kahit hindi ako mag train, mas ok nga kase ma tutukan ko lahat nang sets/rep niyo.
I train my abs for the past few months na.. tho puro body weight lang talaga i.e hanging leg raises, dragon flags(practice) , frog kicks at wind shield wipers variations hehehe.. it's fun to feel the cramp on the belly lol
^yan din nasa isip ko nakakatamad i train pag bulking LOL, pero yung sa tanong ko ba't mag caucause padin ng hypertrophy ang pag train ng abs kahit on a deficit na?
pag bulk ako siguro mahirap araw arawin kasi anlaki ng tyan ko baka ma distend ung gut ko LOL. Ngayong cut sarap tirahin araw araw kasi numinipis na ung taba nararamdaman ko na siya in beneath ng fats ko lol.
ako gusto ko lang manipis na bewang kaya pag dating sa obliques puro body weight lang, pero kung gusto ko may weight training sa abs, sa upper lang para matsu ang abs! pero lower at mid at sides prefer ko wala hehe.. Ayaw ko rin naman ma hyper tonic style ang ebz ko sa future.

Also, removed my braces kaya ako na late sa gym. Wearing retainers now and bulol mode is ON lol. Feeling better din sa work at ung kalbaryo kong project nairaos din hahahah grabe retail pota pag holidays dun busy dagdag pa mga super demanding managers na nag se-set ng di makataong deadline. Pasalamat sila magaganda sila at nabibighani ako napapa-oo tuloy ako LOL.

Training ABS! Which is natanong ko ke vinch/samson, before and now that I directly train them I'm seeing results.
