    ^ deleted the food list for now.. will gather thorough info then i will repost... as per my nutritionist friend, apparently, pancit canton has an average of 20-30 grms of protein per serving dependent sa mga sahog nito. so it can be true that each serving might give you a minimum 20gm of protein with an equal amount of 20gm of fat.

    mga ilang grams of Protein pati narin Cal ang "1 kilo chicken breast" kahit rough estimate lang.

    Pati narin yung 1 cup white rice 260cal ba or 300 protein 4?

    yeah ang sukatan ng kanin eh yung bigas pa lang. tama ba? hehe kasi yung 1kg ko na kanin bigas pa lang nung kinain ko hell eh.
