Hmmm... pa try mo muna kung madadala sa 5-6 medium sized meals, nagwoworkout ba si atei? kung sa whey naman, try to pick ung muna ng whey na mdyo mataas lang sa calories. wag mo muna pa derecho sa serious gainer. baka manibago ktawan ni ate. pag ok response nya sa whey, saka mo pa shift sa gainer.

Puyat sports! pareho pala kmi ng friend mo nature ng work eh.I think nde pa nya need mag supps makakaya pa yan food kung gusto nya magkalaman ulit, pagawa mo nalang ung 6-7 medium/large meals sa kanya, pa distribute mo nalang kung alin dun gagawin nya nga large meals. in short "kain kalabaw" hehe.
Sa whey usually ang may matataas ang calories na alam ko is monster milk (50g protein/310 cals) per serving, Syntha-6 (24g protein/200cals) per serving. wala nko iba na alam pa by far, kasi majortiy ng whey na nasa market na alam ko is around 100-130cals per serving. the next would be gainers na matataas sa calories.
Specialized sya alam ko sir, may slow(casein) and fast(whey isolate) proteins sya, may decent amount din ng BCAAs + creatine. ung kuha ko nun sa supplier na kakilala ko is 3thou ung 5lbs. pro baka sa CnC/cutting edge mas mura. nde ko lang sure.

I think ok lang sha i take pre and post. kasi for example you take this for pre-WO. you'll absorb the fast proteins first to provide you enough energy boost during your first heavy sets. beneficial naman ung slow release proteins while on workout kasi by the time na mag release ang katawan mo ng cortisol, na-aabsorb mo na gradually ung slow protein w/c will minimize the "catabolic" effect nung cortisol. kung sa post naman, same thing you get to absorb the fast ones first na klngan mo after workout, the slow ones will keep your body in an "anabolic'' state a bit longer than usual before your body starts going into catabolic mode ulit. gets?

depende sayu sir. sakin kasi dati what I do is this, since 2 scoops sya per serving, 1 scoop pre workout, another scoop post workout. (that makes it 50 grams na protein consumption sa pre and post. tapos i take another serving (2 scoops ulit) on a later time during the day or usually before ako sleep.
yung kaizen na protein ko dito na binigay sakin ng pinsan ko ipapamigay ko na rin. parang nsusuka ako kapag na take nun. khit ung friend ko na binigyan ko na hilo rin siya after mag take nun.
