cut or bulk

mga sir di ko kasi alam ano dapat sundin ko.. Hindi naman ako payat at di rin mataba.. pero medyo malaki tyan ko.. sabi sa net mag calorie deficit daw para lumiit yung tyan ko kaya lang baka lumiit din ung bicep at tricep ko..

gusto ko sana paliitin ung tiyan ko habang pinapalaki ko yung braso at chest ko..

ano kaya dapat ko gawin?
any suggestion kung cut o bulk ako.. or kung anong diet plan at workout ang dapat kong sundin?

so far palitan ako..

mwf = tricep,bicep at shoulder ang workout ko

tth = chest

sat = cardio

sun = rest

    yan mga sir yung image.. naoperahan kasi ako a year ago kaya ko rin naisip na tlgang mag pakahealthy nung medyo nakabawi na katawan ko...

    dinagdag ko narin pala sa workout ko yung back and legs.. pero di tlga ako sure kung dapat ba mag bawas o mag dagdag ako..
  • tanong ko lang sir bakit walang legs and back workout sa routine mo? mahalaga yun sir :) . anyway for me, mag pa bulk ka muna then CUT! para solido and malaki yung muscle mo pag nag cut ka na.

    thanks sir patro... di ko pa kasi alam ung worth ng back n legs kaya dinagdag ko na sir recent lang.. sir kung magpa bulk ako pano ko kaya iiwasan na di lumaki yung tyan ko? saka may masusuggest kaba na diet plan? thanks
  • bulk? not a PRO pero ikaw na nga mismo nag taka,kung mag bbulk ka pano maiiwasan na hindi lumaki ang Tiyan lalo na kung dati ng malaki. Alam mo na po ba height and weight mo? macro mo para sa goal mo? at ano ba talaga goal mo? ingat sa bulking na word, kahit ako nag sisi ako nung una. lol

    sir try.. un nga eh.. feeling ko lolobo ulit tyan ko pag nag bulk ako..

    5'7 height ko sir then around 66kg ang weight ko..
    pano kaya gagawin kong diskarte sir para lumaki katawan ko ng di nadadamay tiyan ko..

    goal ko maging fit muna.. kasi after ko maoperahan medyo naisip ko na baka napapabayaan ko na health ko..

    nag basa ako sa net..for now 35% protein and carb then 30% fat..
  • Uh. Definitely cut.

    Bulking will just make you a lot fatter. I never start bulking on that size. In fact, I am currently bulking and I still have abs and that's about 15% bodyfat.

    Not to burst your bubble but that doesn't look like accurate.

    Based on the pic you sent, you are closer to 20%.


    I personally would cut til I reach close enough to 10% then start bulking from there. Fat easier to accumulate than muscle growth.

    Not all gym have tho, I am lucky to find two gyms that have it.

    One in Slimmers Binondo and the other is Anytime Fitness Cloverfield.

    ung health kiosk lang kasi ni mercury drug ginamit ko sir xero.. thanks dyan sa info.. will try to visit anytime fitness near sa office baka may inbody scan din sila :)

    Hindi sir xero.. simpleng gym lang sa street namin.. XD pero pede ko naman try mag inquire para maconfirm kung meron nga silang inbody scan bago magpa member
  • Add ka legs at back. Squats and Deadlifts the best.

    Not necessarily AF. Just check out nearby gym. Pero the scan is not necessary. Just track progress by pic.
