try ko lang siya sir v ibang iba tama niya kesa sa cobra or extrajoss. kasi kadalasan mga ganitong oras ako nagtetake ng cobra or extrajoss tapos gabi ako magbubuhat. try mo din siya sir v 20 pesos lang tapos compare mo sa ibang pre workout. saka safe kaya ito?
