    Trying this for 2 weeks now..and I got to say I love my recovery lately..soreness is lessened. I will buy more of this for sure.

    And what I said isn't obvious. When I was still a newbie, I tried getting almost all of my protein from protein powders coz I thought protein is protein and it doesn't matter what form or where it came from

    Mga sir naguguluhan ako kung ano ang bibilhin ko sa Lazada. Promate7 na halagang 1900 o yung ON na halagang 3.5k. First time ko magtatake ng Protien supplement. Salamat po.

    Sir gawin mong basis ang budget mo and kung pano mo ba iintake. If you want it for fast absorption as in after workout , go for ON Whey Isolate. If you want naman na spreadout to 7 hours or whole day ang protein absorption mo and medyo limited ang budget go for ProMatrix 7. Kung madami ka breads bro...pwede mo din pareho bilin, PM7 pagkagising and bago matulog , then after workout yung ON WPI. Advise lang bro^^

    May part fast time release protein din bro yung PM7 pero dahil multiple time release siya..hindi buong 22g-23g of protein mabilis maabsorb unlike yung 100% WPI.

    dati kasi nung naka isang bag na ako ng pm7 isa lang na notice ko, hindi ako pagod the next day after ng workout , hindi gaya dati nung hindi pa ako na te take.

    nakabili na uli ng 5lbs,ng pm7 sa tia lolengs, 1650 with shaker..  dati pala 2lbs lang yung nabili ko,  :sleepy: mag backread ako hanap ko yung tungkol sa "consume 1 gram per bodyweight"  :biggrin:  ginagawa ko lang kasi 3 tablespoon sa morning ksabay ng breakfast, after ng workout , tska bago matulog.

    ikr :sleepy:  maybe i will try to track my calorie needs , ginawa ko na kasi dati , i think i need 3000calories pero from what i eat sa rice ko madalas kinukuha un , half rice and egg sa umaga,lunch 1 1/2 minsan 2 cups, sa ulam depende kung anu iluto ni mother sa dinner , pero 2 rice tuwing gabi, :wink:  paiba iba eh ,  kaya diko na na-track,
