Kamusta po sa lahat. Ito po ang aking karanasan sa pag gamit ng ProMatrix7. Clarify ko lang po na hindi ako affiliated with ProMatrix7 in any shape or form. These are my personal experience using supplements. I started going to the gym 2 years ago under doctors advice because I have ashtma. He said I needed to exercise. I was 58 yrs old. After 3 months I change my goal of muscle toning to bodybuilding. I acquired tendonitis on my left elbow. I endured this condition for over a year. Trying arm straps, spray pain killers, and pain killers. Did not work. Cause I did not know any better,,no pain-no gain. It was geeting annoying. Can't do biceps curls, pull downs, or any movement involving my elbow. So the OIC at my gym suggested I try ProMatrix7. I was using NitroTech (did not like the taste, gave me GAS!!), Muscle Milk- taste great, but these 2 supplements are too damn expensive on my limited budget. So I had the OIC buy me a bag of ProMatrix7. I followed the recommended dosage on the back. And BAM!!!! Before I finished the bag my tendonitis was GONE!!!!!!!!!!! I'm on my 13th bag. So far no problem with GAS, my ihi is normal color, sex life like a 17 yr old in heat:yahoo:yahoo: Fast recovery between sets, I'm not as tired after workout, I can stay up late even on gym days. So for me this supplement work. It may not work for you, but you can't try only 1 bag and say it doesn't work..And that goes for any supplement, you have to reach saturation to feel the effects. How safe is it??? Well let me ask you this,,,,how safe is your name brand?? These supplements are not tested or controlled and I don't care if it's made in the US. So I just wanted to contribute to the community my experience and MY OPINION!! Please respect that and I would yours. Rackem' up Bros!!!!Ohh did I mention about my sex life :arghh:

    Nakakaduda ang origin ng PM7 pero OK naman ang mga reviews. Ang lakas ng intake mo sa isang araw at naka-13 bags ka na pero walang side effects! Naeengganyo tuloy ako bumalik sa PM7. :)

    Sir fw190d9 wala akong side effects. Pero sa NitroTech gas/kabag. Ang supplement naman kahiyang mo o hindi. Kaya try ka lang hangang makakita ka ng bagay sa yo. You know I couldn't find any info on the net about ProMatrix. But I'll tell you this, it dissolves in water or milk real easy. The supplement from the US are not necessarily better. Just better advertised. Hope you find one that works for you.

    To add, sobrang sarap niya sa naaaaaapakalamig na tubig tapos shake ng maige with milk!

    sir i got my 1st bag ng pm7. naninibago po ko kasi walang tub. pano po storage nyo nito? sinasalin nyu po ba sa empty tub ng ibang brand? or as is sa resealable bag nya? TIA! ^_^

    ako sinasalin ko sa empty tub ko na 5lbs whey, mas madali para skin pag gnun e nasa sayo nmn yan sr.

    naka 5bags na ako nito, nagtry lang ako ngayon ng mutant whey 10lbs 3500 free shaker. Pero pag naubos ko na to, balik ako sa promatrix mas gusto ko lasa, masarap.

    Sorry late response. Gaya ng sabi ni Sir Monching at Sir Predator,,,isinasalin ko sa 5lbs. tub, mas madali para sa amin. Kasi minsan meron akong ziplock bag na mahirap mag-seal, hindi maganda pag pinasok ng moisture.

    Sir Monching ok lang kung lipat po sa Supplements...Thanks Po!

    tama sir red. so far impact whey protein pa lang nasubukan ko. nung natikman ko itong pm7 parang ayaw ko na magtry ng iba hehe. pati misis ko gusto uminom nito. siya ata uubos nito pag nakikita nya ko nagtitimpla nakaabang din baso nya:duh:

    so far, mukang hindi ako magsasawa dito ... lalo siyang sumasarap pag hinaluan ng maraming gatas at konting asukal lols

    ako dito ko cya hinahalo,

    pm7 + milk + banana shake
    pm7 + milk + oatmeal = champurado
    pm7 + milk + bran cereal
    pm7 + peanutbutter + banana shake
    pm7 + yelo madame = smoothie lolz.
    eto masarap, pm7 powder + crushed ice as in pino = ice scrambol pm7 lol.

    stan efferding takes 2 raw eggs and put it in his post wo shake! personal decision na lang siguro if you will take the risk of salmonella like what dalton said.

    sa us kase paps maganda itlog, hindi tulad dito saten, cgro pwede kung organic egg,

    tip lang sa mga gusto talaga uminom ng raw eggs, check nyo maige na walang crack yung egg na gagamitin nyo. from that crack maaring makapasok ang bacteria so be careful with it!
