    pero bano po sa OHP,,,
    hindi napo ako naalis sa 60lbs,minsan kaya ko po buhatin ng 5x5 tapos nxt session try ko napo mag increase ng 5lbs 1st set palang po hirap na hirap napo ako kaya ibaba ko po ulit.
    bakit po kaya ganun? 4 session na po nangyayari sakin yan...

    Ramp up the weight or 2.5lbs muna ang gawin mo na increase just to bust that plateau.

    parehas lang tayo ng feeling sa OHP bro hahaha di ako makagraduate sa 110lbs na max ko noon at 100lbs current..

    ang diskarte ko.... hangga't naangat ko bahala na si batman hehe

    Lahat naman halos hirap sa OHP. Ako nga di ko pa rin maabot ang panagrap ko na 200lbs. Last ko was 160lbs pa din.

    ^thnx sir jettie pero sa bench lang yan...
    iba parin pag sa dips na naka hang yung paa tapos may dipping belt...hanggang 35lbs yan kaya ko dun eh...

    Palakas ng palakas ha Dim...bulking ka pa rin ba? ilan na ang timbang mo?..Ako nag ka-cut nakakapanghina pag bawas kain.

    bulking padin po at happy sa timbang kasi 2kg dagdag po sa loob ng isang buwan...
    57kg napo ako ngayon.
    at ok lang yan sir pacs kung sa ikakabuti mo naman eh para hindi na ulit tumaas BP mo.
    pero kagaya nga po ng sinabi nyo namimiss nyo rin yung natural na pagkain.

    ngayon ko lang nakita tong pic mo after a month ganda ng improvement mo..ecto ka ba? pero malapad naman ang shoulder length mo..... kain lang ng kain Dim yong healthy pero ha! nakikita ko na maganda kalalabasan ng effort mo..trust me, i can tell.

    opo sir pacs ecto po ako,52kg palang po dyan sa pic...
    at opo lamon po talaga ginagawa ko pero yung healthy.

    ^salamat po sir pacs pero malayo pa rampahan yan tsaka sa lakas...
    pag naabot ko yung mga liftings stats at physique ng mods naten dito, hay grabe ang saya kona pero po syempre tiyaga lang talaga kasi matagal tagal pa yun...hehehe
