^agree on this.. pag gwo, it doesnt mean na dapat buhatin mo yung numero nung iba. Its a time where we create camaraderie in our passion, and learn from each others techniques and knowledge, veteran man or baguhan. basta willing to learn and accepting sa constructive criticism pag dating sa training.. at may pleasing personality (parang pageant), wellcome na wellcome.
^this is actually what i felt nung Latest GWO. i felt at home with my new friends who have the same goals as me. Di rin ako nakaramdam ng kahit anong yabang sa kanila. They were very eager to help and share their knowledge and experiences sa baguhang katulad ko.
Kung wala kayong makitang bukas na gym sa Nov. 1 & 2, punta na kayo sa OG siguradong bukas sila!
Sir Mighty... sensya na hindi pako maka byahe sa OG.. kala ko free na oras ko kase sem-break nang kids ko kaso nag bakasyon naman yaya. hanap pa ako nang pwede pag iwanan sa kanila while i hit the gym. (actually, mag secret training muna ako para lumakas at lumaki para hindi nakaka hiya sa mga taga OG)

seriously kung ako lang malapit dyan sa area nyo malang home gym ko na yan. ganyang atmosphere masarap kung talagang seryoso ka sa BB and powerlifting. one of these days bisita na lang kami dyan sa inyo. more power sa OG!

the longer you know the person the more you know his/her personality dyan na lumalabas ang mga sayad nila. parang sa mag asawa. hehe
We train with no belts no gears just PURE BRUTE strength. - as i'm really after overall functionality and raw strength na pwede ko magamit araw2x kahit wala sa gym.
Yes we train people with disabilities and special athletes. - since i was born w/ a shorter right leg
Yes we also train people with personal disorder/ dual personality etc. - i think pasok na din ako dito, since meron nga akong tinatawag na "other me" hehehe pero i think got that in control now. though i think it would help more if i can draw out more of my "slumbering power" (kung meron man hehehe) better.
there is only one thing, medyo mahihirapan ako mag train sa OG on a regular basis dahil malayo sa workplace ko eventhough medyo hindi kalayuan pag nanggaling ako sa bahay ko (i work and live in opposite directions hehe). Though i would like to train at least one day per week eventually sa OG para ma meet ko yung mga champs ng OG at mga PL friends ni master mighty_oak at makapag paturo na rin perhaps. Pag nagdecide nako mag prepare eventually for a novice PL compy then i'll defnitely consider training sa OG full time.

The way he trains is the same how i train. we have same principles in lifting weights. he started lifting weights when he was 16 i started lifting weights when i was 18.

you can train with mighty oaks and compete by next year. nakakatuwa lang n nakikipag compete ka sa mga naka geared at matatalo mo sila by competing raw. me and alex not competing with filipinos, we compete with iranians when the comepete here. dun mamomotivate ka lalo dahil pag nakita mo sila mas malaki pa kay alex real monster dude. but iranians are looking up wtih alex dahil iranin lifts also in geared and alex squat raw no belts ano knee wraps. kaya mga coaches ng iranian team always told to watch how alex squat.
and i just started training (seriously) last year hehehe. i still got lots of things to learn w/ the lifts. basta sir owen bibisita na lang ako OG pag may time ako, if ever i happen to bump into you perhaps you and i could talk kung anu man mga further plans ko in competing.
nakwento ko na kay fritz yung plano ko pero wala pang definite timeline kung kelan ako maguumpisa sa compy preps medyo conflict kasi yun sa target ko ngayon (i'm on a deficit pala by the way to burn some of my "stubborn fats") w/c is totally opposite pagdating sa diet if i am to train to gain more strength. so i didn't want to mix up my goals at the moment yun lang naman. though i still lift heavy as i can.
