    Sagutin ko lang po ito kahit matagal na ung thread. You have to "shock" your system to get out of plateu and for this to happen, you have to change your workout routine for a certain amount of time (1-2 weeks if im not mistaken). Let me be more specific

    If you're doing cardio, increase your running time. Kung 30 minutes ka lagi tumatakbo, gawin mong 40 minutes. Kung ayaw mo tumakbo ng matagal, puwede mo singitan ung normal pacing mo ng mga 10 seconds sprints. Puwede ka din mag zumba naman instead na tumakbo.

    Sa weight training naman, an effective way is to do circuits or drop sets. Drop sets are easier kasi di ka na papalit palit ng position but it requires assistance (taga tanggal ng weights).

    You can also do cross training. Plyometrics is also an option but precaution lang because plyometrics can result to injuries if not done correctly.

    Wag masyadong maging conscious sa weight. Mas okay parin ang body fat analysis kaysa weight kasi muscles, bones, tissues, organs, etc contribute to your weight. Water weight shouldn't be much of a concern either. I'd rather be hydrated than dehydrated. And di ka naman mma fighter or boxer na kelangan sakto ang weight.

    actually, MADALI lang mag lose ng weight. Pero hindi madali mag lose ng BF. seriously, nung nag cocompete pa ko sa boxing (amateur), i fight heavy weight. so thats 200lbs and up. pero syempre you have to sign up for a speciffic weight kasi amateur (ruling i guess). so usually lumalaban 230lbs pero ang walk weight ko 245lbg. thats 15 lbs haha. since i was so busy training syempre ginawa ko ung ginagawa ng progfessional boxers para makaabot sa catch weight (NOT ADVISABLE). simple lang, 2 days before the Weigh-in, almost 2 glass of water lang ininum ko. YES. 2 glasses of 8.oz water IN 2 DAYS + 30-1hr jogging. (AGAIN, NOT ADVISABLE, just needed to get my goal, i know stop the preaching, i know , iknow , iknow, and if i have the chance to do that again, ill not do it. haha) so kinalabasan? 20lbs na lose ko. hehe. pero take not WATER WEIGHT lang ang tinagal ko. alam kong water weight ung tinangal ko kaya ganyan ung ginawa ko. kasi very broad ung WEIGHT e. pero kung BF ang pa uusapan. aya nasagot na ng iba. haha . P.S 3x kong ginawa un sa lahat ng laban ko. hahaha. yea FUWARK ME. lol

    exactly! kaya yung mga non-athlete clients ko nung intern ako sinasabi ko lagi na yes there is an ideal body weight for each individual but BMI and BF% is just as important since a lot of factor contribute to body weight. heck you can shave your head & beard and you'll be a few grams lighter kung gusto mo lang din gumaan. :D hehehehe...
