Did upperbody 1 yesterday, lower body today.
I think I re-injured my lower back again because of that stupid horizontal leg press or whatever that's called. Wala namang nagpop but after that ramdam ko na may mali sa lower back ko. Hirap ako yumuko, even core work apektado, after finishing my leg workout dumiretso na lang ako to do some lower back stretching but I was still determined to finish my cardio session.
Moving forward, proud ako sa wife ko, just 2nd-3rd lower body day almost perfect niya na yung squats and deadlift. Nung unang una kala ko mahihirapan ako kasi medjo tagal niya makuha yung form tapos daming reklamo ang hirap daw, The next sessions she was more serious and showed that I was wrong.
Kahapon nga nung upper body kami sabi niya "mas gusto ko pa legs day e" bored daw siya sa upper body day haha.
^mas priority ng girls ang lower body since butt and legs talaga ang gusto nila. bonus na lang yung flat tummy. karamihan hesitant sa upperbody training kasi takot maging masculine or maoverpower ng upperbody yung lowerbody. atleast gusto nya na magtraining
^ Siya naman hindi naman yan reason niya, since nuon palang pinapaliwanag ko na yun sa kanya, mas gusto niya lang kasi parang mas challenging sa kaniya hehe.
Kumbaga gusto niya not because of the physique benefits, yung feel lang during and after legs day hehe. Gaya ng sabi niya bored daw siya sa upperbody day kaya aun dinadagdagan ko poundage hahaha
Pinacheck ni misis yung knee injury niya so since nandito na ko sumabay na ko.

^f*** that brah! nung friday sabi sakin ng doctor my kidneys will soon fail dahil daw sa high protein diet ko kasi ganun daw yung friend nya! sabay tanong kung may abs daw ba ako! wtf! tapos nagtanong ng diet ko, ok lang daw ba yung ganung diet? e kakasabi nya lang na high protein diet is bad!sa medical city din yan.
^haha kapag ganyang salita lang mahirap talaga paniwalaan. May mga ganyang doctor talaga. Pero kung may xray/mri/lab result na pagbabasehan yun ang mahirap kontrahin, na in my case inaantay ko pa.
Ouch! I have that same lumbar strain a year ago too, medyo mahaba habang recovery yan bro. Not to scare you, it took me 4 - 8 weeks before I was cleared to lift heavy again and pain free. Hopefully, sana nga ligament tear lang and no other serious issue after your mri result comes out.
