hindi nakikita ang result through supplements papi, nakikita mo yan after a hard days work. Meaning mag banat ka ng buto sa training, tamang pagkain at tamang pahinga, then.. only then... may makikita ka na result pero hindi agad agad, it takes time. Ang supplement walang kwenta kung di ka nag work out/training, di ka kumakain ng tamang pagkain para sa goal mo at kung wala kang sapat na pahinga. Amen? ?? ALIEN!! lol

True this. Results are a combination of good training + good diet. On my first ever try to get fit, I did too much training and had too much deficit on my diet. The result is pumayat ng todo pero sobrang weakling. My 2nd try, i lifted and consumed lots of suplements and my diet had too much surplus at naging result tumaba ako. Now I have a good combination of training and diet and seeing good results. Supplements are only for convenience. Mas madali nga naman kasi to consume 25g of protein drinking whey rather than eating 100g of chicken breast. However, hindi ibig sabhin na mas bibilis ang results mo sa whey. Preference is key.
Done with 4 bags. 1 scoop morning 1 scoop after workout. pag d ko nacomplete ang protein ko na 150grams the whole day. mag 1 scoop ulit ako pero bihira lng. ok naman sya sakin.

You cannot just sit up there and say that it sucks, when you don't have the other important factors in bodybuilding in check. Supplements are just supplements; they should not be your main source of macros. Most of your macros should come from your diet. You should just exert more effort on watching what and how much you eat. Do you even have a food scale? If not, how do you count your calories? Do you have an idea how many calories there are in foods, i.e. chicken breast vs chicken thigh? There's a lot of addition and subtraction involved when you're monitoring your diet. Do you prepare your own food? That's just the diet part. You can work your ass out in the gym and not see results because your diet is way off.
Also, don't be comfortable at the gym. If you're comfortable, you're probably not building muscles. You have to do uncomfortable workouts and make your body adjust to it until you're comfortable again and then repeat the process. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. When you spend so much time on your phone while working out, you're not working out right, I believe.

Great info here. Yung pagbili ko ng food scale ang isa sa mga naging best investments ko. Good example is yung ginagawa ng mga tao na 1 cup rice. Dati ganun ako pero nadiscover ko hindi siya accurate. Pag siniksik mo yung 1 cup paiba iba na yung calories nun. Nung nag food scale ako nadevelop ko yung 100g rice rule. Kasi mabubusog ka na sa 100g rice at after that stop ka na. Food scale + calorie tracker like myfitnesspal is a great combination for tracking calories. Same sa progressive overload. It gives you a proper way of tracking your progress and improving.
Noong una sceptic ako about promatrix 7 syempre gusto natin safety muna lalo na sa food for it might cause some side effects that can harm our body... so i email the company that is supplying the product and ask them if it is FDA approved.... kasi during those times bago pa lang ung PM7 tapos mura pa kaya kaduda duda... so the company emailed me the FDA approval together with a letter saying the reason kung bakit hindi pa nila nirerelease ung FDA Approval is simply because pina process pa during those times...
And the reason kung bakit mura kasi un ang strategic plan ng company siguro so people can try their new product in the market in affordable price... so now lets talk about the ingredients it doesnt mean na porket may issue about fake melamin is meron na ung ibang products na galing sa bansang may ganung issue... kaya nga the Government Authorized FDA so that there is someone that will check the safety of the products being distributed in the market here in the Philippines so kung after issuing approval from FDA is duda ka pa din siguro ikaw na ung may problema... its either paranoid ka or meron kang evil suspicion and i think the Government is not stupid to fund agencies that doesnt provide accurate information lalo na sa Health and Safety!
Na try ko na ito long time ago and i use this for making sure that my protein needs during my pre and post work out are met and also to give me extra reps during work outs and to avoid catabolism during my Post
